ezpixy provides AI-powered image generation tools for ecommerce teams. You are responsible for all images you upload, prompts you submit, and content you generate while using the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
You may NOT use ezpixy to generate, upload, or distribute any Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content, including but not limited to: nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, sexually suggestive imagery of any kind, or any content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
You may NOT use ezpixy to create deepfakes of real individuals without their explicit consent, generate misleading or deceptive imagery intended to impersonate others, or produce content that could be used for harassment, defamation, or fraud. Face swapping features and any tools designed to manipulate the likeness of real people are not available on our platform.
You may NOT upload or generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted images, trademarked logos, or proprietary designs without authorization. You represent that you own or have the necessary licenses for all content you upload.
You may NOT use ezpixy to generate content depicting violence, gore, self-harm, illegal activities, hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or any content that promotes or glorifies harmful behavior toward individuals or groups.
ezpixy generates images using multiple AI models: Google Gemini 3.1 Flash (for image-to-image generation including virtual try-on, scene compositing, and model generation) and Doubao Seedream 4.5 & 5.0 (for text-to-image generation via Volcengine ARK). Model selection depends on the workflow type and is subject to change as we improve output quality. All models are accessed through secure API integrations and do not use user-uploaded images for model training.
ezpixy uses automated content moderation powered by CREEM to screen prompts before image generation. Prompts that violate our content policies will be rejected before reaching our AI models. We reserve the right to review generated content and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, for policy violations.
You retain ownership of the images and source materials you upload. ezpixy claims no ownership over your uploaded content or the AI-generated assets you produce using the platform, subject to the rights of any underlying AI models used in generation.
Credits are consumed per AI generation as described on our Pricing page. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit consumption rates with reasonable notice.
ezpixy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to: loss of data, business interruption, or any consequences of generated content use in commercial contexts, beyond the limits required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access and use the service will immediately cease. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
